When you arrive at The May Fair Hotel, you will be greeted by a glitzy drinks reception in the Ballroom. Then you’ll take your seats in the impressive Screening Room, ready as the ceremony begins. The Awards will celebrate the short-listed marketers and winners, with opportunities for speeches and photographs. After the ceremony you’ll be served delicious canapés and further drinks as you socialise with your colleagues in the profession.
WinkBall Filming in association with Purl Influencer Panel
Throughout the evening, we have asked WinkBall to film a series of interviews which is a great opportunity to promote both Women in Marketing and all our nominees. This opportunity is in association with Purl Influencer Panel, thanks to the support of Christina Ioannidis.
WinkBall will be interviewing all winners, short-listers, judges and distinguished guests, and will be networking amongst all our guests to listen to their inspirations, so look out for them and share your stories!

Women in Marketing Awards supports Women for Women
Women for Women International invests in women whose lives have been torn apart by conflict. Today 80% of all those injured or killed in war are civilians; of those, 75% are women and children. Women are targeted for rape and violence as a tool of war.
Women for Women operates in Afghanistan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, Kosovo, Nigeria, Rwanda and South Sudan. We provide women survivors of war with a 1 year programme of financial and emotional support, education and job training, access to business skills, capital and markets, to enable women to stand on their own two feet. Since its inception in the US in 1993, Women for Women has distributed £58million in direct aid and micro-credit loans, giving over 300,000 women access to social and economic opportunities.
This summer, Women for Women has offered its UK supporters the opportunity to sponsor a woman. At the heart of sponsorship is the ability for a sponsor and their ‘sister’ overseas to form a one-to-one connection through letters and updates. For over 40,000 sponsors worldwide, sponsorship is an opportunity to learn about the work of Women for Women International through the eyes of an individual woman survivor of war. For their sister, it provides a financial and emotional lifeline. After experiencing hardship and isolation, receiving a message of support from someone they have never met inspires them to hope for a better future, and to know they are not alone.
Women for Women UK are pleased to have the support of the Women in Marketing Awards, and we are grateful for this opportunity to raise awareness about our work and the launch of sponsorship amongst the marketing community. With skills of marketers we feel empowered to know that they will be helping to spread the word about our mission and fundraising efforts for the women we serve.
