Daryl Fielding, Vice President of Marketing , Kraft Foods Europe
Daryl will be our host for the ceremony. She joined the Kraft Foods Europe business in January 2010 in the newly created role of Vice President Marketing. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, she’s responsible for inspiring Kraft’s Categories to deliver world-class marketing and communications. Prior to joining Kraft Foods Daryl was commercial director for UK newspapers The Independent and The Independent on Sunday for 18 months, during arguably the most difficult economic climate for newspapers history has seen. Before her period in the newspaper business Daryl spent 25 years working for advertising agencies. Most recently she worked for Ogilvy, where she was the architect of the outstandingly successful global campaign for Dove, which was revolutionary in being using real women of all ages, shapes and sizes as models for products.
Daryl began her career in consumer advertising at Chetwynd Haddons, having earned her BSc in Physiology from the University of London. She has lived and worked in the UK and Switzerland.
Michelle Brailsford, Co-President, London Local Network, European Professional Women’s Network
Michelle has been helping organisations get the most out of their human resources for over two decades. For the last six years, she has worked as a partner for Jupiter Consulting Group, a consultancy dedicated to ‘Adding Life Back Into Work’. Her passions include helping organisations build a coaching culture, developing leaders – especially building the competency, Political Savvy – and helping organisations spark and sustain change.
Michelle is also the Co-President of the European Professional Women’s Network, a non-profit dedicated to promoting the progress of professional women. For the last two years, she has led a team of 20+ volunteers in charge of Membership, Programming, Partnerships, Marketing and PR.
She has an MA, in Organisational Behaviour from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Business from University of Maryland. In addition, she has training in Accelerated Learning techniques, NLP, and Change Management practices.

Uwern Jong, Managing Director, Boutique Marketing
Uwern Jong is Managing Director of Boutique Marketing – The Gay Marketing and Media Agency – a globally focussed, strategic marketing and communications consultancy that specialises in brand activation, awareness and engagement among lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered audiences. His clients vary from multinational blue-chips to boutique organisations in their own right, in the worlds of FMCG, travel, professional services, dating and public sector, in markets across Europe, North and Latin America and Asia.
Before founding Boutique, Uwern was previously Director and co-Founder of I.M., the UK’s fastest growing agency of 2005 according to Marketing magazine, a business he went on to sell in 2007. Uwern is also Strategic Brand Advisor to the board and trustees of Pride London and is a member of the events and fundraising committee at the National Aids Trust. He is also co-founder of Out There magazine, the world’s first luxury lifestyle journal for discerning gay men.
Christina Ioannidis, CEO, Aquitude
Christina Ioannidis is CEO of Aquitude, an international management and marketing consultancy. Aquitude works with leading corporations on strategy and organisational development, strategic marketing and brand development. Aquitude connects employer and consumer brands to their desired audiences for the benefit of the bottom line. The company has launched the Purl Influencer Panel which gives brands competitive insight into consumer trends and attitudes through the female lens. The Purl Influencer Panel is a highly qualified group of women who are leaders in their field. Virginie Daniau, Head of Business, Parfum Parfait
Virginie Daniau is the Head of Business at Parfum Parfait. From her work for the leading company in the Fragrance and Flavour industry, where she developed successful fragrances for top brands, she has retained a passion for perfumes.
Today, she brings all the benefits of her wide experience to large corporations and private customers. Virginie is a member of the British Society of Perfumers.
Chris Daly, Director of Membership, The Chartered Institute of Marketing
Chris joined the Institute in June 2001 as Operations Manager in its Training Division. He then held various posts within the organisation before moving to Membership Services to head a highly dedicated team determined to help and support members with their enquiries relating to applications, renewals, benefits, online issues and assessment entry.
Promoted to Director of Membership in July 2007, Chris now has responsibility for all of Membership Services and the Institute’s international membership operation, UK regional and branch network, and the many Market Interest Groups throughout the world.
Educated at Eton College and gaining a BA in Modern History, Politics and Russian Studies from Durham University, Chris acquired a broad spectrum of management experience ranging from roles in the City; the British Army, attaining the rank of Major with the The Blues and Royals, Household Cavalry Regiment; and on leaving the army joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1995.
Maria Andrews, Marketing & Communications Director, WOMEN for WOMEN UK
Maria has over fifteen years experience in the private sector in business development, marketing communications, advertising, new media and sales. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in forming relationships with blue chip businesses has enabled her to transfer her skills to the non profit sector.
She has an MA in strategic marketing and a passion for the empowerment of women and global issues which provides an integrated background to make a big difference in developing Women for Women’s communication activities.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing since 2002 and now a fellow, she is committed to sharing knowledge and increasing the impact that effective marketing communications can achieve for organisations.
