Terms and conditions

  1. All entries to be submitted via email by 22 September 2011.
  2. All entries must be submitted with a complete entry form adhering to the word count specified.
  3. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for entries, which may be damaged or corrupted or lost during upload or otherwise. Applicants should keep a copy of their entry for reference.
  4. The decision of the judges is final in terms of any award made. The organisers will not be obliged to justify their decision or enter into any correspondence.
  5. Canvassing or any direct communication intended to influence the judge is forbidden.
  6. Any entrants for the awards must be prepared to receive media coverage and this should be accepted as a condition of entry.
  7. In the event of a tied decision, we reserve the right to invite short listed candidates to attend an interview with the judges or to provide further information as requested.
  8. The awards ceremony will take place in at The May Fair Hotel, London on 3 November 2011.
  9. Sponsors may not enter awards. However their creative agencies may enter.
  10. This year the qualifying area has been extended to London and the Home Counties, including Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, West and East Sussex and Kent.
  11. An entry from a company whose Head office is located outside Greater London is still welcome as long as the main marketing function and teams are located within London and the Home Counties, including Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, West and East Sussex and Kent.
