KevinAllenPartners are Growth Agents, transforming the way companies grow.

We are champions of the Growth Aspirant, people who seek to transform their companies through new ways to market, new thinking that creates where nothing existed before. We’re proud of the companies we work with, but even prouder of these wonderful individuals we’ve had the pleasure to support.

Growth for KevinAllenPartners means people realising their aspirations. It means wealth creation, energised communities, and a good life for the people of their company and their families. It is a noble cause. The pursuit of growth isn’t financial, or mechanical, it is an enterprise whose most important ingredient is human sensitivity.

Our goal is simple: To be an indispensible resource, through growth training and services, to help the Growth Aspirant win. Humbly, we have a few years experience to do just that.

Founder, Kevin Allen, made his name as a pioneering figure in business development on the international stage. Over twenty years with Interpublic Group he developed a unique blend of holding company credentials, large-agency network and worldwide brand stewardship experience. As Chief Growth Officer, Kevin created the first holding company-wide business development and collaboration programme, “Fireworks”. He led the IPG team for Nokia, drove McCann Worldgroup’s number one rated business development programme and also handled worldwide communication for MasterCard (the now globally famous “Priceless” campaign), Nestle, Microsoft, Deutsche Bank and Lufthansa. More recently as Lowe Worldwide’s Vice Chairman, his go-to-market strategy made it Ad Age’s “Turn Around Agency of the Year”. Kevin has been credited with creating some of the industry’s most influential and globally recognised practices, many of which are still in use today.

After years in the business of growth, Kevin judged it the time to gather this knowledge and enjoy the process of helping others to succeed. This decision was met with a bit of serendipity – the ability to satisfy a need for experienced, battle-tested growth capabilities and solve the conundrum of sustaining the full time costs and infra-structure in today’s challenging economic times.

KevinAllenPartners strives to sustain multinational networks of Growth Aspirants based on talent regardless of origin. We are therefore delighted to endorse the Women In Marketing Awards as a groundbreaking initiative that gives recognition to some of our industry’s brightest talent.
